We are seeking an Accountant to manage the fiscal responsibilities of the firm while maintaining balance and culture. The Controller will manage the accounting department staff providing opportunities for career growth and development.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform all daily accounting transactional activities for a small office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and month end financial reporting

- Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts

- Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Process bi-weekly payroll and coordinate with outsourced service provider

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting required

- Proven experience in transactional accounting and financial statement preparation and analysis

- Proficient in journal entries, debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation

- Familiarity with accounting software systems and proficient in Office 365

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $52,021.13 - $60,601.00 per year
