Who you are
You're an aspiring valuation professional looking to learn from the best, so you can become a top professional. You enjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.
As a Valuations Analyst, you'll apply your superior organizational and analytical skills to conduct assessment and tax searches, as well as collect and organize market and property information. You'll work alongside a senior valuation professional and be tasked with supporting the valuation process. You'll also collaborate with other departments to gather information you need to support your team.
What you bring
Commitment to becoming a state certified real estate appraiser.
An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate valuation and apply the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate degree and/or relevant work experience.
Strong Analytical skills with deft attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Bonus skills and experience
Trainee real estate appraisal license.
Experience in commercial real estate.
Exposure to Argus Enterprise.
What success looks like
You contribute to a high-quality appraisal by providing accurate market information and assisting with the valuation process under appropriate supervision.
Your supervisor is pleased with your attention to detail and the timing of your work.
You take the initiative to work proactively on assignments.
