Who you are

As the Accounting Software Solutions Manager, you'll be reporting to the Business Solutions Director. In your role, you'll provide technical expertise in Colliers national accounting software. You're responsible for troubleshooting, assisting with application upgrades, and ensuring compliance with internal controls through system security.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or accounting or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong proficiency in Yardi, Avid and ClickPay accounting systems.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to deal with multiple deadlines and high volume.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities - with a desire to motivate and Desire to motivate and engage a team, both located on-site and remote.
• High degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and a passion for success.
• Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to effectively interact at all organizational levels.

What success looks like:

• Act as lead system administrator for accounting software including but not limited to YARDI, AVID, and CLICKPAY.
• Supervise system analytics and other support staff working on accounting systems.
• Assist with planning and support of software application upgrades and new system initiatives.
• Develop training documentation and train accounting and property management staff in the applications.
• Provide system support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Coordinate system support with application vendors and consultants, as needed.
• Maintains internal controls by upholding system security and ensuring proper documentation/approvals are obtained for system access.
• Successfully operating the accounting systems helpdesk.
• Evaluates new technology and assists with implementation as needed.
