YOU ARE...

A successful Assistant General Manager will have experience supporting the general F&B operations, overseeing service, and leading a team. You empower the team while rolling-up your sleeves in the operation (FOH & BOH) and MUST be passionate about delivering unique experiences across; team-members, guests, and the local community.

As the AGM for the Colletta Atlanta, you'll be an ambassador for IRHG and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality. You’ll look after all aspects of the property including; people, culture, communication, and operations.

YOU'LL HAVE...

• At least 2 years of successfully managing F&B operations in an elevated and food focused environment
• Positive leadership in fast-paced and full-service restaurants
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation with ownership and senior leadership
• Authentic servant leader focused on Internal Hospitality and embracing IRHG core values
• Skilled problem resolution skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

WHAT TO EXPECT. ON THE FLOOR & IN THE OPERATION…

Seasonal changes, outstanding ingredients and a made-from-scratch philosophy guide Colletta's menu of house-made focaccia and pasta, antipastis, made-to-order wood-fired pizzas, and piatti. The chef curated dinner and dessert menus, pair with the well balanced wine and beverage program.

Located within Alpharetta’s Avalon, Colletta, which means “collection” in Italian, is just that – a compilation of lively dining experiences, top-notch service and quality American Italian cuisine that sets the stage for genuine connection over a great meal. .

Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday’s) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 40 to 50 hours a week.
