The Director of HRIS is a vital member of the People team, leading the development and implementation of our HRIS strategy. The Director of HRIS will build upon our current use of Workday by understanding company and People team objectives to maintain and manage the HRIS roadmap in coordination with the People Leadership team to ensure the team has the technology and reporting needed for effective and efficient people processes. The person in this role will lead the HRIS team to execute on the strategy and roadmap while setting up their stakeholders for success. The ideal candidate loves to build, thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change, moves quickly, and can demonstrate strong communication skills to deliver messages across a range of stakeholders. This is an opportunity to join an HR organization in expansion and to meaningfully grow the impact of HR technology at Collectors.
Collectors is actively using the following modules in Workday: Core HCM, Advanced Comp, Help, Talent Optimization, Adaptive Financial Planning, and Absence Management. Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits are administered through ADP, and the Director of HRIS will play a lead role in managing the integration from Workday to ADP, with support from third party consultants that specialize in integration management. We have two significant implementations on the short-term roadmap at this time, as we are about to kick-off implementation of both Workforce Planning and Learning. We have longer-term plans for additional implementations in the future as well. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise implementing new modules in Workday and ensuring seamless integration with third party systems as needed.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards & HRIS and can be located at our Headquarters in Santa Ana, California or our Jersey City, New Jersey office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $152,779 - $258,435. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
