You’ll be working alongside the brightest minds in technology, who in turn are leading the transformation of some of the toughest challenges facing our customers today. This key role will work directly with our Contracts, Operations Leads, Human Resources, and Finance team members on a daily basis to resolve issues, and document best practices and responses.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for increasing efficiency and efficacy within our business so that we can better align our talent to meet the business goals.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • First point of contact for the Human Resources department assisting the team with the day-to-day functions of the department.
  • Monitors the HR email distribution and phone system account and responds to or forwards emails for follow-up and escalates to HR Director for approvals, within 24 hours or as and when needed.
  • Assists in the design and set up of internal HR Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), monitoring and setting expectations for our customers.
  • Completes and maintains HRIS data entry with integrity, accuracy, and partner with the team to process status changes and other HR activities within the guidelines of the department SLA agreement set.
  • Acts as helpdesk and works in triage management for the HR team, troubleshooting of issues, and problem resolution, by responding to questions in an accurate and timely manner by being knowledgeable of all company policies, practices, and procedures in relation to HR.
  • Provides guidance and support on the employee lifecycle including providing support on benefits, payroll, and performance management.
  • Assists in the preparation of reports to include pivot tables, spreadsheets, charts and help support data integration and crosswalks.
  • Maintains all required HR documents for current and terminated employees (e.g., I-9, and background checks) and assist with audit checks, where and when necessary.
  • Assists with conducting HR reporting (as requested).
  • Liaison with other corporate support departments (Finance, IT, Contracts & Proposal teams), to assist with day-to-day administrative functions and resolution of outstanding inquiries.
  • Performs automated file management operations to include, maintenance, file storage, audits, and searches, and respond to files and requests for verification of employment.
  • Serves as a backup for the HR team as and where needed/required.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Preferred:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse community.
  • Ability to develop, plan and implement short- and long-range goals.
  • Ability to perform research and prepare reports, charts, and summaries based on research data.
  • Ability to work and meet competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to think critically and interpret complex issues and create integrated solutions and recommendations.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of human resource transactions and procedures to enable accurate review of documents and other HR artifacts.
  • Broad knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems and processes.
  • Skill in examining and evaluating business processes and operating procedures and managing procedure/process changes.
