Coleman Health Services is seeking a full time therapistfor our Intensive Home Based Therapy (IHBT) program in Jefferson County, Ohio.Make a difference in the lives of children and families at risk for out-of-homeplacement. As an IHBT Therapist, your short-term involvement (3-6 months) willmake a long-term impact to the child and family. You will have a small caseloadof up to 7 clients at a time, giving you the opportunity to spend 3-5 hours aweek with each family, fostering meaningful relationships to help families healand build resilience.

Qualified Candidates for Therapist, Community Based, IHBT:

·Bachelor's degree with LSW or Master's degree with LPC

·Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number

·Prefer someone with Master's degree and LISW or LPCC
