Coleman Health Services isseeking a full time Director for our Intensive Home Based Therapy (IHBT)program. Make a difference in the lives of children and families at risk forout-of-home placement. As an IHBT Supervisor, your short-term involvement (3-6months) will make a long-term impact to the child and family. You will have asmall caseload of up to 3 clients at a time, giving you the opportunity tospend 3-5 hours a week with each family, fostering meaningful relationships tohelp families heal and build resilience. You will then provide directsupervision to IHBT clinicians, lead Group supervison, participate in theCenter of Excellence Consultation, be well trained and be a member of anoutstanding Leadership Team. This job is based out of Steubenville, Ohio, and servingJefferson County.
