Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food service industry.

Hourly pay averages $9-10 per hour, with daily tips adding on average $4-5 hourly to your pay.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve ice cream.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers
- Follow food safety procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Assist with restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operation
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in retail or culinary field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
