Colaw RV is seeking maintenance/RV technicians and trailer mechanics to join our service team! Candidates with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RVs, or someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. Candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, well-versed in all maintenance and repairs, and have the ability to document all work performed.

**Extensive knowledge of RV's is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person!**

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing new and used RV's (interior, exterior, appliances, electrical, and plumbing)
• Diagnose issues and determine best course of action to remedy a situation.
• Confer with customers, read work orders, or examine various RV's needing repair to determine the nature and extent of damage.
• Examine or test operation of parts or systems to ensure completeness of repairs made.
• Properly document all work & repairs performed.

Qualifications:

• Prior general experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or HVAC is highly desired but not required.
• Must provide your own tools.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.

Pay/Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional Saturdays 9am - 3pm required.
• Hourly wage dependent upon experience ($16.00 - $22.00 per hour)
• Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
• Major holidays off
• Vacation time earned after first year of employment for full time employees
