Job Summary
Greet and seat guests according to seating assignments. Answering the phones in a professional manner and notifying management when needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare menus for service.
- Greet and seat guests, according to seating chart.
- Answer phones with professionalism and take appropriate messages.
- Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
- Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
- Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
- Previous experience as a host preferred
- Professional dress and attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work standing for a 6 hours.
