**Job Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area - Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner **Skills:** - Excellent guest relations skills - Strong hospitality and customer service orientation - Proficient in phone etiquette - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest services in a restaurant setting, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
