Performance Test Lead (Onsite)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provides guidance and technical leadership on cloud performance testing.

Depth knowledge on Azure and define performance requirements and strategy for all applications moving from on Prem to cloud.

Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to articulate the non-functional requirements (NFR) of the application which involves review of Production statistics, existing systems configurations and operating methods as well as understanding evolving business needs and formulate Performance Test plan / Strategy.

Understand the application & architecture in detail and Establish baseline / benchmark metrics of the OnPrem and Cloud platform.

Strong hands-on experience on LoadRunner/Performance Center (Web & Webservices, REST/SOAP)

Strong hands-on experience on APM tools Dynatrace, Azure Application Insight to evaluate performance and identify/troubleshoot issues and tune AUT is required, along with cloud-native app testing/monitoring knowledge.

Knowledge of microservices reliability architecture and development

Strong understanding and knowledge of Cloud technologies and containerization using Docker & Kubernetes, REST, Microservices

Excellent understanding in the use of DevOps/CICD tools, GitHub Actions/workflow, use of tools like Jenkins, Splunk, understanding of NV concepts, etc.

Experience in client-side Performance Profiling/Tuning/Testing

Experience in providing the inputs by analyzing the GC Logs, Heap Dump analysis and Thread dump analysis.

Drives coordination with SMEs and different teams like Infrastructure, network, development, Sales and Business teams.

Required Skills

·Must have good cloud knowledge on Azure.
