Lead Automation Engineer

Location: Richmond – VA

Required Qualifications:

• Technical writing, including test cases, plans & specifications, definition of done, acceptance criteria/thresholds, and test results
• Selenium Automation
• AWS cloud experience
• Agile experience and Jira knowledge
• Strong in automation frameworks concepts
• CICD Jenkins

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Writing automation scripts in Selenium
• Design automation framework and explore new testing tools
• Strong AWS experience is a must
• Self-learner, pro-active and should be able work independently
• Coordination with multiple teams on day-to-day basis
• Desktop automation experience will be preferred
• CICD jenkins and Github experience required.

Work Authorization:

Salary and other compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000- $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
