Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
• Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image.
• Complete special projects as requested by Customer.
• Provides technical training to more junior employees.
• Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or discovery.
• Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing "Shop Floor'' handhelds, laptops and scanner devices.

The hourly rate for this position is between $26 – $38 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. 

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
