Role: Marketing UX SME

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user experiences through research, prototyping and design implementation

• Create re-usable campaign templates and thematic across platforms

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies that impact the user experience. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement process improvements and streamline operations

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing experts, content/wordpress developers to tie in the campaign concepts and content themes in customer-facing campaigns

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockupsoptimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to user experience. Continuously explore innovative solutions to enhance the user journey and differentiate the brand

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of experience in UX role

• Understanding of Digital Marketing & the way marketing campaigns work

• Strong understanding and knowledge of Design Thinking principles

• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients

• Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels within the company

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to meet established deadlines

• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new and existing company-specific software applications to compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for making insightful recommendations
