We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our growing, distributed team and support us in delivering critical technology solutions that help people live better lives.
As an IT Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of IT. In this role, you’ll leverage technical expertise to build and guide our developing infrastructure, as well as lend hands-on technical support to colleagues across the US and Canada.
As Coforma grows, so do our technology needs. We use a variety of mostly SaaS applications and platforms that require focused, knowledgeable administration. At the same time, we’re always improving and evolving. With that in mind, you’ll be responsible for supporting our existing infrastructure while finding new ways to enhance our capabilities.
You will be a champion for reliable, stress-free technology and bring hands-on experience in turning long-term goals into actionable plans and solutions.
Because the IT Specialist will provide support and work directly with users across all company levels, exceptional communication skills, and a customer service mindset are must-haves.

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid — In-office 1-2 days every week)
$117,420 to $143,170 Annual Salary Benefits Growth Potential
Placement within this range will be based on the competency level of the candidate. An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:
Tier 1: $117,420— Meets minimum qualification/experience requirements. Beyond onboarding, will need additional guidance and training to perform key responsibilities of the role.
Tier 2: $130,810— Experienced and fully-competent. Beyond onboarding, can independently perform key responsibilities of the role.
Tier 3: $143,170— Highly-experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.
To honor our company-wide equitable pay system, the posted salary range and corresponding tier salaries are non-negotiable.

This is a hybrid role that is expected to work on-site at our Washington, DC office at least once a week. Applicants must reside within driving distance of our Washington, DC office to be considered for this position.

We participate in E-Verify. Upon hire, we will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Due to the nature of our work with the federal government, this role is required to work from the contiguous United States.
