Codeware Inc is Hiring a Mechanical Engineer Near SARASOTA, FL

Position Description 

Codeware is seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to provide comprehensive engineering support for our software packages to clients. The successful candidate will join our team of Engineers in Sarasota, FL. 

Codeware provides a competitive salary and benefits package to all full-time employees. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Explaining the interpretation of the ASME Code and other Codes and Standards programmed into the software.
  • Answering direct client inquiries regarding the application of the products to specific pressure vessel, heat exchanger, tank, and piping inquiries.
  • Determining the root cause(s) of issues raised regarding the calculations performed by the software and describing, if necessary, actions required by the development team. 

This individual will work closely with our Software Developers and Account Managers to facilitate the successful application of Codeware's products to individual clients' requirements. As Mechanical Engineers become more senior they may also provide technical sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
