Code 4 Security Services LLC is Hiring a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator Near Fort Collins, CO

Description

Code 4 Security is seeking a Part-time Security Operations Center (SOC) Operators. The SOC is stationed at Code 4 headquarters. These operators are responsible for the monitoring of client site cameras and are the primary communication point for client calls and officers in the field. The SOC operator is an excellent communicator and able to coordinate schedules, information, and equipment in high-volume situations. When the SOC operator is on-duty they will also respond to immediate Patrol Team needs. We value safety, security, integrity, and customer service.

Schedule:

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

  • 11 pm - 7 am
  • Additional shifts as needed.

Expected Starting Wage: Anticipated at $19 - $20.00, depending on experience.

What You Will Do

The SOC (Security Operations Center) is the primary contact for clients and officers in the field.

This includes the following duties:

  • Monitors cameras for a variety of client sites, taking action when necessary, and reporting activity as it occurs in the appropriate logs.
  • Address client problems and requests and communicate issues with the Account manager and Project managers.
  • Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
  • Monitors and activates alarm response protocols for patrol and/or police when needed.
  • Respond to and document all patrol team needs.
  • Oversees the daily patrol stops, client communication, and pass-down logs using all technology platforms and logs.
  • Use phone, radio, computer, scheduling software, and other technology to expedite solutions.
  • Implement basic system troubleshooting processes.
  • Influences company culture through superior customer service & modeling Code 4’s desired behavior in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience working with multiple computers and troubleshooting minor software/hardware preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Remain alert and diligent in monitoring all cameras and information feeds for the duration of the shift.
  • Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Situational awareness, able to predict and identify issues and situations.
  • Consistently demonstrate emotional control in all situations, both escalated and complex in nature.
  • Always maintain good relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Take care of all company property as if your own (tools, equipment, vehicles, etc.)
  • Competent in working with a team as well as alone. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
