- Provide armed security services to protect clients, personnel, and property
- Conduct patrols and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergency situations
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Maintain accurate records and write detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary

- Possess a valid armed security guard certificate/license
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge of law enforcement protocols and procedures
- Ability to conduct surveillance and identify potential threats or suspicious activities
- Experience in loss prevention strategies and techniques
