Cozad Commercial Real Estate is Hiring a Security Guard Near St. Louis, MO
Property Management Company is looking to hire part-time security guard to provide mobile patrols to a group of centrally located properties. Guards are unarmed and are not allowed to apprehend or detain persons. Duties will include:
- Mobile patrol - driving and foot patrol
- Taking calls from alarm companies and responding as necessary
- Escorting Tenants to vehicles as necessary
- Other light duties as determined by property manager
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license, will be required to pass the St. Louis County Private Security test, and will be required to submit to a background check and drug testing.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Please send resume.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
Ability to Relocate:
- St. Louis, MO 63143: Relocate before starting work (Required)
