CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Syosset Location is actively hiring Store Manager/ Shift Managers!

Position Purpose

The Store Manager/Shift Manager is responsible for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, store routine operations and performing appropriate decision and actions which are in line with the company policies and guidelines.We're looking for people who are self motivated and eager to learn to join us. This is also a great opportunity for you to become one of our business partner because we only offer franchise for our own employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with quality drinks and services.
• Prepare toppings and drinks.
• Ensure a constant supply of ingredients.
• Management reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding attitude for time management.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and problem solve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Have passion for food and trying new challenge and new things.
• Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Ability to be a team player

• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with people
• 1 years management experience in the restaurant industry
• 1 years experience in retail, quick service, or full-service restaurants
• Able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Pay: The hourly pay will be $20 per hour plus 12 hours of overtime per week. The total amount per year will be $60,320.00

• NY food handlers certificate is a plus
