Job Description
We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. $53,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current

  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling from provided contact leads, via phone, email, or chat.. Update sales pipeline with appropriate statuses and notes

  • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound account managers so they can convert clients and provide quick application turnaround
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role
