The Business Systems Senior Cash Analystwill be responsible for the processing of outgoing bottler payments (Payment Proposals), manual payments, etc. based on the daily cash application of customer receipts that cross multiple financial systems and software. This position will also be responsible for coordination of internal and external partners to optimize current technology platforms used in the cash application process.

• Daily oversight and monitoring of Payment Proposal software platforms used in AP/cash application process.
• A strong understanding of the accounts receivable and accounts payable process
• Ensure timely/accurate completion of all daily payment proposals and manual outgoing bottler payments.
• Reconciliation of all daily AP Payment Proposals to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Benchmark, analyze, develop work class processes.

• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Extensive experience in meeting deadlines accurate and on time
• Possess critical listening/thinking skills
• Demonstrate decision making and analytical/problem solving skills to perform a variety of complicated tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Proficient in SAP or other major financial system
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Knowledge of internal control framework
• Well organized and detail-oriented professional
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work with internal and external IT resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Previous people management a plus

• Minimum: High School or GED with a minimum of4 years of experience in credit/collections, analytical or finance industry
• Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

2-5 years' experience AR/AP, cash application, reconciliation, research

Prior experience supporting manager/supervisor month end close and audit experience.

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
