Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic sales force driving growth in the market. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service to expand our client base and contribute to our company's success.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Manage and grow existing accounts by building strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and sales
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities
- Familiarity with technology sales and solutions is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base
