We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems
- Supervise contractors or other maintenance personnel when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
