Coastal Vision Medical Group is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Corona, CA

Coastal Vision Medical Group is a premier eye care provider servicing the Inland Empire, Los Angeles & Orange County. Our surgeons are highly trained and experienced in LASIK vision correction, Cataract Surgery, and treating Glaucoma. Our mission is to provide the best possible medical and surgical ophthalmological care for our patients utilizing the latest technology available. Our Customer Care center is seeking individuals who are motivated to work in a high volume fast paced call center environment while delivering exceptional service to all patients and doctors.

Ophthalmology Call Center/Sales Representative-Norco, CA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

· Answers inbound telephone calls from current and prospective patients in a polite and professional manner and exceeds customers satisfaction.

· Responsible for conversion rates on all leads and strives to raise conversion rates from call to consultation/evaluation.

· Places outbound prospective patient telephone calls

· Researches and resolves issues to ensure patient retention and satisfaction

· Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives

· Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports

· Acts as a liaison for customers

· Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes

Qualifications

All qualified candidates must have a minimum of post-secondary education with 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in a sales/medical office environment. They should possess Excellent Written and Verbal Presentation, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Quality Focus, Productivity, Thoroughness, Coordination, Deadline-Oriented, Internal Communications, Reporting Skills and be proficient with standard office equipment, including personal computers and Windows-based software (including word processing, PowerPoint, databases and spreadsheets). Candidates should be able to multi-task comfortably and have ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.

*Bilingual Plus (English/Spanish) or (English/Vietnamese)

*Knowledge of EHR Plus

*Knowledge of NEXTECH Software PLUS

*Sales Experience Preferred

*Minimum average typing speed 40 WPM
