Coastal Ridge Real Estate is Hiring a Tax Manager Near Columbus, OH
- Plan, develop, and manage all aspects of the company’s tax compliance process
- Prepare or coordinate with external tax auditors the completion of all federal and state income tax returns, estimates and extensions
- Ensure the accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and related forms including form 1065 and K-1s
- Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on tax planning and structuring strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments and create strategies to capitalize on or mitigate the impact of changes to taxation legislation
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, partners, investors, and tax authorities
- Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA certification, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in tax management, real estate, and partnerships
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
