Human Resources at Coastal

Coastal Precast Systems is looking for a person to fill our Human Resources Manager full time position. 

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources department, and accounting training.

Position will includes managing benefits, update or design new company policies, and assisting CFO with accounting responsibilities.

Candidates must posses a sympathetic attitude, be able to make quick decisions, have Integrity, patience, formal authority, leadership, social Responsibility and great communication Skills.

This is a salaried position, MON-FRI from 8am to 5pm. Competitive pay.
