Coastal Pacific Construction, Inc is Hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent Near Irvine, CA
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation.
Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project, supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, interface with subcontractors, inspectors, architects, engineers and clients, maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications.
Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial tenant improvements, possess strong leadership qualities, be deadline and detail oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
