Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred
- English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
