Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our plumbing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming calls, managing leads generated from various marketing channels, and providing administrative support in documentation and organization. Familiarity with the ServiceTitan computer program is desired.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering Calls:
  • Professionally handle incoming calls from clients and vendors.
  • Provide information about our plumbing services and address inquiries.
2. Lead Management:
  • Field leads generated from marketing channels such as online inquiries, phone calls, and email communications.
  • Record and organize lead information for further follow-up.
3. Documentation:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining organized documentation related to client interactions, service requests, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for easy retrieval.
4. ServiceTitan Utilization:
  • Utilize the ServiceTitan computer program for managing appointments, scheduling, and customer information.
  • Provide support in navigating and utilizing ServiceTitan functionalities effectively.
5. Administrative Support:
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs, with knowledge of ServiceTitan considered a significant advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Background check required.
