Coast to Coast Cardiology is Hiring a Client Services Representative Near Peabody, MA

Job description

Client Service Representative

Coast to Coast Cardiology, a privately-owned multi-site veterinary cardiology group, is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a full-time Client Service Representative. Our focus is on providing excellent service to our clients and their beloved pets across both the East and West coasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Jointly manage multiple cardiologists' schedules across both coasts, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and consultations.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client and patient registration.
  • Request and manage patient electronic medical records (EMRs) to maintain up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Perform initial triage for cardiologist patients, gathering relevant information and prioritizing cases based on urgency.
  • Respond calmly and professionally to potential emergency phone calls, providing guidance and support to clients in distress.
  • Process financial transactions for services rendered and enter client communications for clinical staff.
  • Assist with medication refills and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and have a love for animals and their owners.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods of time, and tolerate loud environments.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate patient care needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in human or veterinary healthcare, hotels, or resorts.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
