Allegra Marketing, Print and Mail, located in Augusta, GA is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our printing and sign business with an ownership opportunity. If you are a highly motivated, successful, goal-driven individual, we would love to consider adding you to our team!

Position Summary:

The General Operations Manager position offers a unique opportunity to transition into an ownership role over a period of 3 to 5 years. As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing a team, implementing strategic initiatives, and working closely with the current owner to learn the ins and outs of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Manage all aspects of the printing and sign business, including production, sales, marketing, customer service and finance (financial management, budgeting, and forecasting)

● Grow and maintain overall business efficiency

● Develop and implement strategic plan to drive business growth and profitability

● Build the team to increase performance and achieve organizational success; establish KPI’s

● Provide ongoing training to new and current team members

● Hire new employees as needed; oversee onboarding for long-term success

● Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards and procedures

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

● Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

● Collaborate with the current owner to learn about the business and prepare for eventual ownership transition

Qualifications:

● Military experience or experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the printing or sign industry

● Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

● Knowledge of printing and sign production processes, equipment, and technology

● Willingness to commit to a long-term transition plan leading to ownership

● Willingness to display a “whatever it takes” attitude daily; the right person shall not feel above any duty required to keep the business running smoothly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
