Critical Solutions has been a leading local medical staffing agency in the CSRA for over 20 years. We owe much of our success to our strongly built relationships within the medical community here and our standard of efficiency within our organization. To help maintain and grow our company we are seeking to hire an experienced leader in sales and business development to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain current relationships, as well as seek out new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, an understanding of business finances, and the ability to manage a small team. We expect this person to be able to work on their own, have knowledge of finances and human resources, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the office as well as with our clients.

Objectives of this role:

· The Branch Manager is the leader of the branch and is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all day-to-day operations. The Branch Manage is also responsible for all Business Development.

· Maintain consistent communication with company owners and staff to ensure proper operations of the company.

· Develop, maintain, and ensure relationships with clients.

· Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.

· Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.

· Understanding and evaluating weekly hours and presenting new ways to increase

Responsibilities:

· Lead, motivate and support employees within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including knowledge of independent contractor protocols.

· Utilizing QuickBooks reports to evaluate and measure growth.

· Maintaining relationships with current clients as well as seeking new opportunities for the company. This will include travel to facilities and out of office meetings with Administrators, Directors, and medical facility leaders.

· Overseeing all departments and ensuring efficiency, proficiency, and customer service in all areas.

· Leading daily team meetings and working with the team to plan and engage with our clients and contractors.

· Sets goals and objectives for operations and growth and manage, maintain, and increase productivity

· Responsible to develop the sales and business plans for the branch and grow branch revenue

· Identifies and conducts sales activities for business development

· Provides direction for team members and makes day to day operational decisions

· Manages all financial components to ensure the business is profitable

· Effectively manage costs

· Develops and implements a recruitment plan to support growth of business

· Recruit, hire and train branch personnel

· Supervise staff and monitor and evaluate performance

· Must have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form

· Be able to effectively communicate

· Ability to identify and manage problems as they arise and find solution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
