Job Title: Electricity Customer Service Representative
Job summary:
Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer enrollments and inquiries as well as overseeing the full cycle of a customer beginning with enrollment and ending with account collections. Some general accounting will be required. In addiition, a willingness to cross train in other departments is needed.
Job duties:
1. Customer Inquiries/Phone and written
2. Receive Customer Payments
3. Mailings
4. Maintain department spreadsheet & database
5. Prepare management reports
Additional responsibilities:
1. Assists with projects as needed.
2. Other duties as assigned.
