- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online resources, networking, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates. Leverage your expertise in media and advertising to attract and engage exceptional talent.
- Streamlined Interview Coordination: Manage all aspects of the interview process efficiently, from scheduling to logistics. Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Comprehensive Candidate Support: Provide candidates with in-depth information about our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Conduct post-interview follow-ups to assess candidate satisfaction and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
- Advertising/media agency recruitment is huge plus!
- Genuine enthusiasm for finding the perfect fit between candidates and roles
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences
