Human Resources Coordinador
Responsible for recruitment, assessing employment needs in collaboration with office managers, and identifying, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates.
Coordinate employment training, performance evaluations, employee retention, and direct participation in disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
M-F 9:00 -5:00
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
Two years of experience in HR coordination or a similar position.
Good communication and writing skills
Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to handle difficult situations and complex meetings.
Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Judgment and analytical skills to conduct recommendations and problem-solving skills.
The starting salary is $55,000.00, depending on the experience.
