Job Description Summary: Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Strategic Pricing Analyst to work in our Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles (Century City), Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Denver, or downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to developing fee arrangements and budgets that support the firms’ overall pricing strategy. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients. Job Description: What you would do: Develop and analyze alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), special rate arrangements, and budgets as part of the firm-wide pricing strategies Work with attorneys, business development, and other stakeholders in the support of RFP responses Monitor the progress of AFAs against established budgets Develop tools and processes in support of creative new pricing strategies Leverage the firms’ BI platform to facilitate the development and visualization of complex analysis Extract data using tools such as Access, Excel and BI applications Special projects and other duties as assigned. Generous paid time off. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $90,000 – $100,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is an exempt role and the initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for professional staff, which includes, but is not limited to, a discretionary bonus; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan. Applications will be accepted through June 3rd, 202 What is required: Four-year degree in either Accounting/Finance or a business discipline Minimum 3 years of experience pricing, finance or related field with legal preferred, but not required Experience building complex models and conducting financial analyses Demonstrated knowledge in creating reports and models using Excel and online relational database systems Extensive experience creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets and databases, building financial models and conducting financial analysis.
