CMC Design-Build is Hiring a Project Managers – All Locations Near Quincy, MA

Good written and oral communication skills, effective time management, resourcefulness and leadership ability are required.

Manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facilities.
Prepare subcontractor RFP/scope of work.
Secure, vet and level subcontractor pricing.
Negotiate subcontracts.
Secure governmental approvals for the projects.
Finalize design details with clients, CMC architectural/engineering staff and outside consultants.
Establish and manage the project schedule.
Manage the CMC field staff.
Manage the project cost.
Train and develop field personnel and assistant project managers.
Projects are throughout the U.S. Overnight and some multi-day travel is required.
An upbeat, positive, results oriented attitude is a must.
