CMC Design-Build is Hiring an Assistant Project Managers – All Locations Near Quincy, MA

Good written and oral communication skills, effective time management, resourcefulness and leadership ability are required.

Assist project managers with a variety of tasks from project start-up to close out.
Assist with preparing and maintaining files, schedules & logs.
Review drawings.
Locate vendors, prepare bid packages, & receive quotes.
Draft POs, subcontracts and change orders.
Assist with the permitting process.
Distribute drawings to and communicate with subcontractors and field personnel.
Assist with invoice review and coding.
Assist with punch list and preparation of close out materials.
Projects are throughout the U.S. Overnight and some multi-day travel is required.
An upbeat, positive, results oriented attitude is a must.
