CMB Group is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Staten Island, NY

Job Summary: You will manage mostly business-related tasks such as creating reports, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the required/used software and platforms, be efficient in problem solving and delegating, have experience as a medical receptionist in the past.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling (all events, travel, meetings, staffing/work schedule for staff)
  • Application/form completion and submission(s)
  • Managing current daily duties/operations
  • Email maintenance, checking, receiving and sending
  • Attending and scheduling meetings (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly)
  • Proposal Sending
  • Invoicing (AR/AP)
  • Data entry
  • Record Keeping
  • Meeting minutes recording
  • Project management
  • Spreadsheet creation
  • Liaison
  • Establish and maintaining effective working relationships with network/clients
  • Adhere to HIPPA, Federal, state and local laws regarding healthcare
  • Maintaining the up-most discretion and confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients. Bi-lingual in

English and Spanish is a plus.

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to accurately read and write.
  • Must be flexible in work hours and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with office functions. (I/e: Microsoft, square, emails,

etc.)

  • Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and excellent interpersonal communication
  • skills.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, ethical, and professional individual.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
