Title: Packaging Production Designer

Salary- $40k-$55k

Hybrid- 3 days onsite in Philadelphia PA

MUST be flex if additional days in onsite are needed.

Clutch is looking for a Packaging Production Designer for a client of ours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop packaging mockups and artwork for production.
• Manage photography and product staging for various lines.
• Prepare and maintain packaging artwork for printing.
• Ensure packaging meets legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role (agency or CPG preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with strong Photoshop editing skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Experience with packaging materials and printing a plus.

Bonus points for:

• CPG / Licensors experience
• 3D printing experience.
