Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term client strategies and materials.
- Manage budgets and media placements.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Innovate client programs.
- Stay informed about client industries.
- Foster teamwork and staff creativity.
- Proactively address client issues.
- Contribute to agency growth and profitability.
- Provide leadership and client guidance.
- Enhance communication and industry expertise.
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Integrated Marketing.
- 5-7 years of comparable agency experience.
- 5 years in pharmaceutical advertising (HCP/DTC/patient)
- Excellent media skills, including relevant media categories.
- Strong strategic and tactical social media skills.
- Excellent writing abilities.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Strong initiative, leadership skills, and work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
