• Assist in the construction & renovation of residential properties
• Perform framing, siding, window, and door installation
• Operate & maintain construction equipment and tools
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Clean up the job site at the end of each day
• Help wash the work trucks when needed
• Arrive at the shop promptly at 5:50 AM and return by 5 PM

Heritage Carpentry, a home remodeling company formed in 1983, specializes in new home & general construction, remodeling & additions. We seek a full-time Driver/Laborer to join the team and work on various residential construction projects.

Our Ideal Driver/Laborer:

• Experienced: 1 years of construction-related experience. Your experience is not as important as your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Active: Able to lift up to 100 lbs., bend, kneel, stand for long periods, and work from a ladder. Must pass a physical for a DOT Medical Card.
• Reliable & Dependable: On time for work. Arriving at the shop at 5:50 AM to start the day. Someone who is safety-focused and will safely transport the crew & equipment.
• Professional: Ability to work respectfully with teammates on every level.
• Excellent Communication & Teamwork: Able to communicate, get along, and work efficiently with a team. Owns up to mistakes, pulls their weight, and is friendly.
• Friendly & Positive: Someone who enjoys working with a team and building camaraderie; keeps an upbeat attitude even when things are busy and finds ways to help those around them.
