Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store visual operations. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Ensure proper inventory control and manage stock levels to meet customer demand

- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand image

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to increase foot traffic and drive sales

- Manage payroll, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as required

Skills:

- Proven experience in retail management with a strong track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent knowledge of cash register operations, inventory control, and point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes

- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures is preferred
