We provide a cloud-based financial infrastructure to our clients including tax services, bookkeeping, industry analytics and bench-marking services. Operating through the cloud for our clients, Club Capital staff work primarily on premises in our Bethesda, MD location but have been able to easily adapt to a remote workforce.

Overview of Position:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing small business owners with the best customer experience they have ever seen. As an Analyst at Club Capital you will work alongside Account Managers to facilitate servicing their portfolio of clients to help them grow their business.
The Account Management team is the foundation of our client’s customer experience journey. With their passion, insight, and customer advocacy, this team has helped us achieve exponential growth year over year with >85% of growth coming directly from client referrals.
As an Analyst at Club Capital, you' be working directly with the Account Management Team. You will focus on gathering and documenting business essentials that are necessary for the accounting team to generate monthly financial reports for our clients. Triaging client requests, prioritizing them and addressing them will also be part of your daily duties. This position is a true cross between business administration and customer success.
Club Capital is a young, growing firm, with room to grow! We have offices in Bethesda, and the option for remote work has always been part of our model.
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, team members, clients and other external partners
  • Gather the necessary bank, credit card and loan statements to help the accounting them generate monthly financial reports
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Help Account Managers prepare for client meetings
  • Reach out to clients on an ad hoc basis to help get their accounts up to speed and/or to schedule meetings
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and delegating them to the team members
  • Manage personal workload to deliver high quality work product on time
  • Work across teams to keep others informed of client status (i.e. Club Capital Tax team and status of financials)
Requirements / Qualifications:.

  • Adaptability, as well as skills in dealing with uncertainties.
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement presentation preferred. 
  • Well organized and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills - including Microsoft Office, Hubspot CRM and Google Suite. 
  • University Degree in Business Management or Accounting (Preferred)
Additional Information:
Salary: $35-$40k 
Competitive. Individuals are compensated commensurate with experience and productivity. 
Benefits: Unlimited PTO policy (busy season restrictions), generous 401 (k) contribution, company-sponsored health insurance.
