Clover Leaf is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The position will involve work with a Department of Energy client in Los Alamos, NM. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and individually.

The successful candidate will have experience working with state, tribal, and local government officials/organizations on broad community-based policies, services, or infrastructure. The Project Manager will have the ability to study the options to solve local or regional challenges that have many stakeholders throughout the population and government. The ability to write proposals for public and government consideration related to these studies also is necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing multi-million projects or programs that span multiple years and involve many organizations.
• Strong knowledge of project/program management practices and ability to effectively develop program baselines to achieve stakeholder requirements on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of regional and local transportation systems and the associated challenges to developing new or altered options to achieve better mobility for the regional workforce.
• Experience in messaging these solutions to the state, tribal, and local government and to the public.

Education:

• Master’s degree preferred and experience in information science, business, or economics
