Position Overview:
Kelly Services is a Powder Coater for a 2nd shift in Lyons. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a four-day work week, offering 3-day weekends. If you have experience in powder coating or manual factory production and are looking for a rewarding career with competitive pay and excellent benefits, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday, Noon-10pm
- Location: Lyons, NY
- Commute: 30-minute drive from Auburn
- Overtime: Currently working 1 hour overtime per shift
Responsibilities:
- Racking and un-racking parts for powder coating.
- Packaging finished parts for shipment.
- Operating pre-treat wash booth, wearing appropriate PPE (face shield/goggles/gloves).
- Utilizing a variety of tools and equipment, including forklifts, overhead crane systems, power drills, sanders, hammers, and power wash equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to wear a face respirator when powder coating.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of finishing/manual factory/production experience.
