Clove Dental is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Ventura, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Manager/Receptionist to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager/Receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental or medical office setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Stay updated on dental/medical office procedures, policies, and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental/medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems, electronic health record systems (Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks), and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional customer service skills
